This event was a huge success despite inclement weather, which did not stop the avid fishermen from attending, all to help save the dam at Lake Cadjaw. Thanks to the cold weather the prior two weeks, there was 7 solid inches of ice and the pouring rain did not stop everyone from fishing and just enjoying an overall good time. It was because of their eagerness to fish that it was decided to forego the rain date of February 8, which was posted on the Website. This event was the most successful of our four fundraisers conducted since August 2013 and everyone is looking forward to the next fishing party, which will be scheduled soon.
